Role overview

The Senior Contracts Negotiator will join Roku’s legal team, reporting to the Assistant General Counsel for Business & Legal Affairs. This position centers on negotiating complex technology agreements that support both business and technical operations. Key focus areas include data privacy, information security, intellectual property, and emerging technologies such as AI.

This role is based in Austin, TX, with options to work from Boston, MA, or San Jose, CA. The schedule follows a hybrid model: in-office Monday through Thursday, with remote work available on Fridays.
