Role Overview: Senior Content Marketing Manager
Highlightta is growing its marketing team and looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager. This role reports to the Head of Content and focuses on building and scaling content programs. The manager will oversee projects such as customer success stories, webinars, thought leadership pieces, newsletters, and related initiatives.
This position blends strategic planning with hands-on content creation. The Senior Content Marketing Manager will set direction, produce high-quality content, and build systems and partnerships that support ongoing success.
Main Responsibilities
Customer Storytelling
- Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Account Management to identify and select impactful customer stories.
- Interview customers and maintain relationships, both virtually and in person.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites and industry events.
- Turn customer experiences into polished case studies, testimonials, and narratives that demonstrate Highlightta’s value.
- Repurpose stories across formats, such as blog posts, webinar highlights, social proof for sales, and more.
- Track which stories and formats are most effective, using data to guide future content decisions.
Webinars, Live Events, and Presentations
- Lead the strategy and execution of Highlightta’s webinar program, focusing on both logistics and participant experience.
- Develop engagement strategies, source speakers, and select topics relevant to our audience.
