As a Senior Consultant in our expanding Financial Due Diligence practice, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients. Leveraging your extensive experience, unique insights, and specialized knowledge, you will deliver customized integrated solutions that address current issues while laying the groundwork for future achievements. Supported by seasoned leaders and a dedicated mentor, you will join a collaborative environment that encourages contributions beyond client delivery.
 
This position offers the chance to engage in intricate M&A transactions, providing clients with vital insights into financial performance and associated risks. Your projects will encompass large-scale transactions, high-volume roll-ups, carve-outs, divestitures, and sell-side transactions. You will collaborate with private equity firms, corporate acquirers, and lenders, delivering high-quality analyses that facilitate informed decision-making.
