As we broaden our Channel & Partner Strategy, we seek a Channel Engagement Director to elevate our collaborations with leading brokerage firms. This position represents a shift from traditional sales to strategic broker engagement, emphasizing solution design, business alignment, and the creation of long-term value in partnerships.
In this role, you will be the primary strategic lead for 1-2 significant brokerage organizations. Your goal will be to grasp their national objectives, regional dynamics, and client needs, translating these insights into effective solutions and partnerships that drive shared success. Working closely with Direct Sales, Product, and Partner teams, you will position Businessolver as a trusted advisor rather than just a transactional vendor.
Additionally, you will be instrumental in driving the pipeline by ensuring alignment between our broker partners' strategies and Businessolver's market approach. Your direct involvement in high-priority deals for your assigned firms will be key, with success measured not just by pipeline growth, but by the quality and strategic nature of the partnerships you cultivate.
