Requirements:PhD in Computational Biology, Machine Learning, Bioinformatics, or a related discipline, with a strong emphasis on single-cell analytics and machine learning, and at least 2 years of relevant industry experience, OR an MSc in a pertinent field accompanied by 5+ years of industry experience dealing with machine learning applications in single-cell or omics contexts. Deep understanding of machine learning and AI methodologies applicable to biological data, including but not limited to transformers, VAEs, diffusion models, and classical machine learning techniques. Proficiency in modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch or equivalent. Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex scientific concepts into clear, actionable insights for a diverse audience, both technical and non-technical. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment, adeptly transitioning from prototype to experimentation to insight. A genuine passion for advancing the intersection of biology and machine learning.
