Role Overview
As a Senior Compensation Partner, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a high-performance culture at GitLab by aligning our compensation programs with our strategic goals, core values, and the overall experience of our team members. You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and People Business Partners to facilitate hiring, retention, and career advancement through clear compensation guidance, consistent job architecture, and efficient compensation cycles. In this capacity, you will empower the business to make equitable, compliant, and well-informed pay decisions across a globally distributed organization, while enhancing our communication regarding compensation and equity to team members.
