Strong knowledge of compensation regulations and best practices. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or certification in compensation is a plus.
