- Promotion Strategy Development: Engage in defining the business unit's promotional strategy and contribute technical insights to this process.
- Promotional Calendar Management: Based on the established promotional strategy, manage promotional aggressiveness in collaboration with the sales teams.
- Process Formalization and Implementation: Standardize current tasks and collaborate in creating operational processes to ensure the successful implementation of promotions.
- Support and Implementation (Regional/International): Provide support and implement regional and international tools locally, technically challenge, and collaborate in co-creating tools and processes.
- Internal Stakeholder Support: Develop relationships and communication channels with the commercial area, managers, and buyers, identifying their needs and opportunities.
- Store Support: Analyze and implement commercial activities to resolve overstock and waste issues in stores.
