• Proven experience as a CNC Setup Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. • Strong knowledge of CNC machinery, including setup, operation, and programming. • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and technical blueprints. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Strong commitment to safety and quality standards. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certifications are a plus.
