Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Owners, internal engineering teams, and Product Principals to coordinate the operations of Digital Experience Management and ITSM tools.
- Educate and train ICT Support Engineers on the effective use of Digital Experience Management and ITSM tools.
- Partner with Product Owners to implement and oversee application observability in Digital Experience Management tools.
- Lead a team of Operations Engineers in managing change, release, incident, and problem management processes related to Digital Experience Management tools.
- Ensure timely resolution of requests and queries.
- Enhance Endpoint user experience through a data-driven strategy.
- Support Endpoint incident response and recovery efforts using a data-driven approach.
- Drive operational improvements by adopting monitoring, automation, scripting, and alerting tools.
- Document requirements and specifications to meet the needs of all Public Service agencies.
