Salesforce and enrichment platform strategy Oversee the Salesforce instance as a strategic asset. Design custom objects, flows, and integrations for long-term scalability, not just short-term fixes. Lead development of advanced outbound and enrichment workflows using Clay. Build multi-source data waterfalls to give Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) a measurable edge. Evaluate and improve enrichment and orchestration tools as the market evolves. Ensure Sigma uses top-tier capabilities without locking into a single vendor. "Sigma on Sigma" vision Act as the expert in applying Sigma’s own platform to improve GTM operations. Current projects include building live dashboards to replace static reports.
