The Senior Client Platform Engineer plays a key role in maintaining a seamless and secure environment throughout the organization.
What You Will Do
- Apple Fleet Management: Oversee global macOS and iOS device management using Jamf Pro. This includes device enrollment, configuration profiles, and application deployment.
- Automation and Tools: Apply expertise with Jamf Pro and open-source tools such as Munki and Santa. Use unified solutions like FleetDM to bridge multiple platforms.
- Cross-Platform Support: Support and help secure Windows environments (with Intune) and Linux systems as part of Okta’s endpoint management approach.
- Customer Zero: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to test new identity and device management features, provide actionable feedback, and influence tools used by millions.
Role Details
This position reports to the Senior Manager of Client Platform Engineering. The role is well suited to an engineer looking to deepen expertise in the Apple ecosystem while expanding influence across other operating systems.
