We are a rapidly expanding Data & AI consultancy seeking a Senior Client Partner to join our dynamic team. This is more than an account management position; we are in search of a strategic leader who excels in forging long-term, transformative relationships with enterprise clients, delivering multi-million-pound projects that redefine their operations through data and AI.
In this pivotal role, you will be the commercial and strategic cornerstone of our key client partnerships. It requires a wealth of experience in navigating complex corporate environments and an eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth scale-up setting. Responsibilities
As a Senior Client Partner, your primary focus will be on driving strategic revenue through deep-rooted, high-value relationships:
- Own the Transformation Pipeline: Proactively identify, qualify, and onboard new enterprise clients, showcasing how our Data & AI capabilities can deliver unparalleled, measurable business value.
- Deepen Enterprise Accounts: Develop and implement comprehensive 1-3 year account strategies for existing clients, strategically mapping their next phase of transformation and expanding our engagement through follow-on projects.
- Navigate the C-Suite: Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level and SVP stakeholders across technology, product, finance, and business units, serving as the commercial lead for all Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and strategic contract negotiations.
- Commercial Leadership & Value Realisation: Ensure that every project (new and existing) is meticulously scoped, priced, and delivered to a standard that guarantees client success, enabling you to articulate ROI and secure ongoing investment.
