About the role
Unity Technologies is shaping the future of mobile advertising technology. The Senior Client Partner for Ads in EMEA will manage and grow relationships with leading mobile gaming companies across the region. This London-based role centers on strategic partnership management, commercial leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. The position works closely with teams across Unity, ironSource, and Tapjoy, ensuring client needs shape both day-to-day execution and long-term strategy.
What You Will Do
- Oversee and grow a portfolio of top mobile gaming partners, driving revenue and strategic results throughout the Unity Ads ecosystem, including User Acquisition, Monetization, and LevelPlay mediation.
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, building lasting relationships and positioning Unity as a key partner in their growth.
- Translate complex performance data into clear insights and recommendations, using data-driven storytelling to influence senior decision-makers and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Align advertiser goals with monetization strategies, connecting supply and demand to maximize performance and value for both clients and Unity.
- Lead cross-functional projects with Product, Data, and Performance Management teams, ensuring client feedback informs Unity’s roadmap and priorities.
What We Look For
- At least 7 years of experience in mobile gaming and AdTech, with direct knowledge of User Acquisition, monetization optimization, mediation, and LTV-focused decision-making.
- Demonstrated success as a strategic advisor, delivering measurable impact for clients and influencing commercial and product direction through strong partnerships.
- Advanced analytical skills: able to interpret complex data, manage pipelines and market priorities, and turn insights into practical strategies.
