About the Role
Join DEPT® as a Senior Campaign Manager, embedded within the eBay Inhouse team in London. This position is part of DEPT® but works closely with eBay’s CRM operations, driving campaign execution and ensuring strategic goals become clear, actionable plans.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end CRM campaigns across multiple channels, including onsite, in-app notifications, push alerts, and email.
- Turn CRM strategies into structured campaign plans that help the Marketing Manager meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee complex campaign components and timelines, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to high standards.
- Spot and address campaign risks or dependencies early, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Keep campaign and project statuses transparent, balancing workloads and resources for smooth delivery.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Team Leadership
- Act as the main point of contact between Marketing and Campaign Managers, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
- Build strong working relationships with agency and eBay stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner.
- Tailor communications to different stakeholders, promoting clarity and supporting sound decisions.
- Mentor and lead Campaign Managers, providing feedback, support, and guidance for their development.
- Support senior stakeholders in managing campaign resources and capacity, enabling effective delivery of impactful campaigns.
