WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Enhance the capabilities, performance, scalability, and reliability of the XRP Ledger.
- Engage in the complete software development lifecycle, encompassing architecture, technical design, C++ development, bug resolution, and functional as well as performance validations.
- Contribute to the open-source XRP Ledger community, establishing rigorous standards for coding, testing, and deployment.
- Actively participate in code reviews to uphold the quality of our codebase.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline, along with 5+ years of substantial hands-on experience in software product development utilizing C++.
- Proficiency in backend distributed systems development.
- A strong enthusiasm for blockchain technology and its potential advantages.
- The capability to swiftly learn new technologies and programming languages.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to devise creative solutions independently.
- Preferred: Experience in developing and contributing to open-source software.
