Sigma Computing is hiring a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) for its London office. This is not a routine sales job. Sigma invests in its people, offering comprehensive training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry insights. Senior BDRs work closely with seasoned sales leaders, gaining hands-on mentorship and learning how to build strong relationships with prospects through consultative selling. The goal: to help each BDR grow into a trusted advisor and prepare for future sales leadership roles.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies under the guidance of experienced mentors
- Connect with prospective clients and build meaningful business relationships
- Engage in consultative selling to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Contribute directly to Sigma’s new business growth in the EMEA region
