Role Overview

The Senior Business Development Manager will drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and developing strategies that align with company goals. This position requires a blend of market insight, sales acumen, and leadership skills within the financial services sector.

Main Responsibilities

Market Analysis and Strategy

  • Research market trends to spot new business opportunities.
  • Develop and carry out business development strategies that support organizational objectives.

Client Acquisition and Retention

  • Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients, brokers, and partners.
  • Identify prospective clients and introduce dbfinancial’s products and services.
  • Work with marketing to create campaigns that attract and retain clients.

Partnership Development

  • Identify and negotiate partnerships with financial institutions, liquidity providers, and technology firms.
  • Strengthen relationships with current partners to support shared growth.

Revenue Generation

  • Develop pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective sales and business development efforts.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Stay informed on regulations affecting the Forex sector and ensure company compliance.
  • Work closely with compliance teams to establish and monitor regulatory processes.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor business development team members, encouraging collaboration and high performance.
  • Support team members in reaching both individual and group targets.
