As we expand our commercial team, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager who will spearhead revenue growth, unlock new market opportunities, and forge valuable partnerships in our mobile performance and enterprise verticals.

This pivotal role is designed for a proactive, results-oriented individual who excels in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and is adept at managing the entire commercial cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth and Revenue Enablement

  • Accelerate revenue growth by identifying, activating, and finalizing new commercial opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to achieve company-wide growth objectives.

  • Create scalable and repeatable commercial frameworks to support sustainable business expansion.

2. New Business Development

  • Manage the complete acquisition cycle for new advertisers, including prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing.

  • Build and oversee a robust advertiser pipeline within mobile performance, CPI/CPA, enterprise, and high-value sectors.

  • Establish and nurture senior-level relationships with key prospects and industry influencers.

  • Implement commercial initiatives to broaden market reach and boost revenue.

3. Market Expansion

  • Identify and prioritize high-potential markets, sectors, and segments based on analytical data and industry trends.

  • Represent Creative Clicks at industry conferences and events to enhance visibility and generate new opportunities.

  • Perform competitive analysis to inform strategic positioning and methodologies.

4. Customer Growth and Retention

  • Foster strong relationships with existing advertisers to optimize performance, satisfaction, and long-term retention.

  • Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives within key accounts to enhance customer lifetime value.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success to minimize churn and improve account performance.

5. Strategic Partnership Development

  • Identify and cultivate partnerships that align with commercial goals, including networks, platforms, technology partners, and publishers.

  • Work together with global teams to share pipeline insights and coordinate international opportunities, scaling partnership models across regions.
