Role Overview
As a key member of the executive leadership team, the Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for crafting and implementing growth strategies to enhance the company’s global footprint, while leading high-performing sales and business development teams. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of the Forex and CFD sectors, with a specific focus on MENA and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement comprehensive business development and expansion strategies.
Identify and establish strategic partnerships, introducing broker networks, and institutional clients.
Lead global sales and business development teams to achieve revenue objectives.
Continuously monitor and analyze market trends to uncover new business opportunities.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to align growth strategies effectively.
Represent the organization at international expos, conferences, and industry events.
Provide guidance and mentorship to regional business development managers.
Develop metrics to evaluate the success of business development initiatives.
