Identify and engage potential clients using a variety of lead sources, including cold, warm, and hot leads. Assess and qualify prospects to ensure they fit product and company requirements. Consult with clients to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Prepare and send proposals via email, maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Maintain accurate records of prospects and sales activities within Salesforce CRM. Develop weekly and monthly sales forecasts. Share feedback with sales management to help improve the sales process, performance, and brand presence. Act as a positive representative of Bayut & dubizzle in the real estate market. Uphold professionalism and integrity in all sales activities. Location This position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
