You will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of Pleo's AI platform, which provides the foundational infrastructure that enables product teams across the organization to develop AI-driven features reliably and at scale.About GenAI CoreGenAI Core is responsible for the AI platform infrastructure at Pleo. We empower product teams to implement AI-powered features efficiently, reliably, and without duplicating efforts.Our responsibilities include:LLM routing and access: managing a centralized LLM proxy layer (LiteLLM) that directs requests to various model providers (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Gemini), including budget enforcement and rate limiting.Observability and evaluation: providing integrations and tools (BrainTrust) to monitor, log, and evaluate LLM calls in production, facilitating both automated assessments and human reviews.Setting platform standards and guidelines: we determine the best practices for AI implementation at Pleo, offering patterns, contracts, and shared components for product teams.Internal consulting: as AI capabilities are adopted across Pleo, GenAI Core will increasingly serve as a technical partner, assisting teams in the correct design and implementation of AI features atop our platform.
