Your responsibilities will encompass all facets of troubleshooting critical 24/7 client operations.Key Responsibilities:Deliver first-level technical support to address, investigate, and resolve escalated incidents and service requests via our internal Service Management system.Facilitate escalation to internal support teams for issues that require further resolution and monitor incidents until they are resolved.Implement the incident management process to restore services and normalize platform operations as quickly as possible (using Atlassian Jira ITSM).Engage in proactive monitoring of live production environments and manage events based on internal dashboards and alerts generated by monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).Conduct tests to identify and confirm application defects and issues with external service providers, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.Collaborate with development teams to investigate and retrieve real-time production logs (ELK Stack - Kibana).Execute IT operations procedures efficiently to support the team’s objectives.
