The Senior Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in analyzing business processes and automated systems related to Salesforce projects. You will be responsible for creating detailed As-Is and To-Be process descriptions, facilitating requirement gathering, and leading analysis activities. As part of this role, you will prepare and deliver crucial communications, engage in testing activities, and support the solution design for both internal and external initiatives.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Elicit and document business requirements for Salesforce projects, enhancements, and integrations.
- Analyze and assess existing business processes, proposing innovative Salesforce-driven solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive deliverables such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Use Cases, process flows, and interface designs.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms to effectively bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and subject matter experts to define the technical vision and assess trade-offs between usability and performance.
- Assist the project manager, product manager, and broader team in planning deliverables, defining scope, managing schedules, and ensuring execution.
- Engage in testing tasks, including test case development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect management.
