About the Team: 

The Quality team is dedicated to integrating quality throughout every phase of the design and production process for the Terran R. Our focus extends beyond end-stage inspections; we aim to influence construction methodologies from the outset. The team actively engages with design, manufacturing, testing, and launch teams to stay closely connected to the hardware, understand operational constraints, and proactively guide decision-making. As we transition from initial development to production and scaling operations, now is the critical moment to establish effective processes, controls, and inspections without hindering progress. Our team is instrumental in managing risk, cultivating a culture of ownership, and ensuring that rapid advancement does not compromise quality.
