About the Role

We are on the lookout for a strategic and driven Senior Bids Manager to spearhead our most complex, high-stakes opportunities across public and private sectors. You will play a crucial role in reshaping organizational operations through AI, leading the charge in crafting compelling bids that resonate with our mission.

As part of our strategic core, you will oversee the entire bid process, translating intricate technical details into persuasive proposals. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, mentoring emerging talent, and refining our frameworks to enhance Faculty's competitive edge and expand our global influence.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the complete bid lifecycle for high-value strategic opportunities, from initiation to final presentation, with a hands-on approach to both writing and managing bids as necessary.

  • Conduct critical Bid/No Bid evaluations and delineate resource requirements to ensure optimal opportunity pursuit.

  • Produce high-quality, persuasive content by synthesizing complex technical and commercial data into impactful value propositions.

  • Collaborate with senior subject matter experts and C-suite stakeholders to align bid strategies with Faculty’s overarching commercial objectives.

  • Enhance our bid operations by pinpointing process improvements and implementing best practices.
