Key ResponsibilitiesLead the complete design and development of high-throughput, low-latency systems leveraging microservices architecture. Champion backend development efforts while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring adherence to code quality and best practices. Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to devise technical solutions that align with business objectives. Convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications and low-level designs. Enhance application performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks in both production and development environments. Stay updated with emerging technologies and open-source tools to improve system capabilities. Ensure compliance with best practices in coding, architecture, and deployment processes. Develop high-availability systems with effective data access and management strategies. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.4–6 years of practical experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs. Proficient in databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, and search engines like Elasticsearch. Familiar with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized deployment. Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, or other real-time data streaming technologies. Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Exposure to front-end technologies such as React.js, Angular, D3.js is preferred. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and managing complex technical projects.
