We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at FurtherAI, located in the heart of San Francisco, CA. Please note that this position requires in-office presence and is not eligible for full-time remote work.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is between $150,000 and $250,000, commensurate with experience, along with equity options and comprehensive benefits.

Your Responsibilities
- Architect and enhance the core product to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Take ownership of substantial portions of our backend stack, primarily utilizing Python.
- Work closely with the founders to define and drive the technical roadmap.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership in a fast-paced work environment.
- Commit to working in-person at our San Francisco office five days a week.
