This small, agile team is focused on crafting the future of AI-driven product experiences at Posh. In this backend-centric position, you will play a key role in developing scalable, intelligent systems that power our AI functionalities. Your responsibilities will include designing and deploying complex Multi-Agent Systems, advancing beyond basic solutions to create autonomous, user-friendly interactions.Collaboration will be key, as you will work alongside frontend engineers and product designers to integrate cutting-edge AI tools into our platform. Expect to develop robust APIs, architect data flows for evaluations and fine-tuning, and explore novel approaches to leverage AI within our infrastructure.
