Your Role
Design a robust EAV data model & schema-as-code platform that underpins each client instance, ensuring a harmonious balance between flexibility and transactional integrity.
Develop a Git-style version control and migration engine capable of executing complex schema and data changes in live enterprise environments, rolling forward or back as needed.
Create AI-assisted tools that harness foundation models to suggest, validate, and implement new customer schemas and workflow definitions.
Enhance our white-labeled data warehouse (similar to BigQuery or Snowflake) to support high-volume, low-latency analytics and automation tasks.
Build Terraform-like declarative APIs & SDKs that empower operations teams to treat business processes as code while upholding security, tenancy, and performance standards.
Provide comprehensive observability & search across supply chain, finance, and operational data, illuminating business logic in intuitive language via AI-native search functionalities.
Implement enterprise guardrails within a composable system to proactively identify anomalous behaviors or emerging risky patterns.
Foster a mentoring environment that shapes engineering culture, collaborating with product and design teams to transform complex back-office challenges into elegant, resilient systems that are favored by operators.
