Key Responsibilities
- Enhance our product by developing and maintaining innovative features.
- Create functionalities that support multi-dimensional personalization, A/B testing, and data analytics.
- Maintain a robust and high-quality codebase.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve code quality and system performance.
- Provide mentorship on development best practices and offer technical guidance to peers.
- Contribute to the overall vision and long-term goals of the team.
- Conduct research and development as needed.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team to ensure clear communication among all members.
- Work alongside engineering, product, and design experts from other teams.
Note: This position requires in-office attendance three times a week.
