The Role
We are searching for innovative backend engineers to develop the infrastructure and systems that power our AI agents. You will engage with a variety of technologies from data pipelines and analytics to real-time agent systems, delivering features that have a direct impact on our customers' operations.
This position grants you the freedom to own challenges from start to finish—identifying the optimal approach, constructing solutions, and refining them based on your findings.
What You'll Work On

Analytics overhaul: Transitioning our analytics service to ClickHouse and optimizing it for the next phase of growth.
Hallucination detection: Enhancing our detection systems with the aim of minimizing hallucination occurrences.
