As a Senior Avionics Hardware Engineer, your responsibilities will include designing, analyzing, documenting, testing, and troubleshooting electronic assemblies across various levels, from circuit boards to integrated electromechanical systems. You will collaborate with a diverse team of engineers—spanning electrical, mechanical, software, manufacturing, and testing—as the go-to expert for your hardware. Your role will also involve driving hardware improvements through benchtop, environmental, and on-aircraft testing, as well as conducting root-cause analyses to identify, document, and resolve any issues in a safety-critical environment. Furthermore, you will contribute to the continuous enhancement of the team’s development processes and practices through your technical leadership.

We take pride in overseeing the entire lifecycle of our hardware, from conception to testing and deployment. In the role of Senior Avionics Hardware Engineer, you will spearhead the development of electrical components and subsystems for our airborne and testing platforms, working from the circuit board level to integrated systems.
