Join CGS Federal as a Senior Auditor, where you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive auditing and accounting services to support fraud investigations involving intricate financial transactions and organizations attempting to avoid scrutiny. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and drafting detailed audit guidelines, demonstrating proficiency in various accounting systems, and excelling in cross-functional communication throughout the investigative process.

Key Skills and Attributes:
- Management experience is advantageous; familiarity with litigation environments and automated litigation support is a plus.
- Conduct financial analyses by examining bank records, wire transfers, ledgers, and various financial documents.
- Execute open-source intelligence and database research on individuals, business entities, and assets.
- Analyze extensive and complex healthcare claims datasets to identify patterns of fraud, waste, and abuse.
- Design and implement SQL queries, models, and data algorithms to uncover anomalous billing trends.
- Extract and manipulate federal health claims data using CMS tools such as OnePI, STARS, Business Objects, and related platforms.
- Prepare analytical summaries, memoranda, charts, and data visualizations to support case development and litigation.
- Summarize transaction histories and flag suspicious activities for further investigation.
- Assess fraud allegations and provide recommendations to client attorneys for resolution.
- Assist in devising investigative plans based on fraud data by identifying focal areas for investigation.
- Collaborate with attorneys and investigators to refine leads and formulate investigative strategies.
- Present oral briefings and written reports to client attorneys regarding findings from healthcare data analytics.
- Contribute to the development of internal best practices and workflows for healthcare fraud detection.
