About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Associate for Strategy & Operations within our housing division. This role involves supporting high-impact projects that drive growth and scalability throughout the organization. Ideal candidates will thrive in uncertain environments, enjoy cross-department collaboration, and take ownership of results. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to tackle critical challenges—whether it’s enhancing our market approach, refining client onboarding processes, or developing internal systems that promote smarter operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic projects across the customer lifecycle, from enhancing sales performance and developing pricing strategies to optimizing implementation and post-sale support.
Assess client workflows and usage metrics to uncover automation opportunities, promote deeper product adoption, and achieve better outcomes.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to refine our value proposition and delivery methods for customers.
Create internal processes and playbooks to facilitate scaling across sales, onboarding, support, and customer expansion.
