Proven expertise in Marketing Attribution, managing data ETLs, and collaborating across departments to ensure effective tracking of marketing initiatives. Conduct in-depth analyses on attribution and provide recommendations for improvements, including scalar models and multi-touch attribution (MTA). Design and assess experiments aimed at influencing user behavior across the platform. Analyze experiment outcomes, providing actionable insights to be shared with stakeholders. Manage payback and ROI analyses for Faire's global growth channels, including both paid and owned media. Work in tandem with strategic finance and performance marketing managers to define and set key performance indicators (KPIs). Contribute to the development of measurement models for various marketing initiatives, including event and out-of-home (OOH) measurement. Communicate complex analyses clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Identify and execute analyses that yield actionable insights for market growth.
