Qualifications

Qualified accountant (CPA or equivalent) or equivalent experience.3-4 years of relevant experience in client services. Proven track record in managing service operations and client deliverables. Experience in leading and managing effective teams. Strong background in preparing and reviewing financial accounts and GST returns. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable and confident in communication with Senior Management. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Xero accounting software. A proactive 'can do' attitude, capable of thriving under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Experience in an outsourcing environment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to corporate clients, ensuring that all quality standards and expectations are consistently met.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of Financial Statements, management accounts, GST returns, and XBRL financial statements.
  • Oversee a client portfolio, maintaining seamless day-to-day interactions and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies such as ACRA and IRAS.
