About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic GTM Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to spearhead projects and deliver strategic insights that unlock growth. This role transcends traditional operations; we need an individual dedicated to understanding customer needs, driving value, and collaborating closely with sales, product, and leadership to scale successful initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our market positioning, sales strategies, and product delivery.
This position is perfect for someone with a consulting or high-performing strategy background who is eager to take ownership of outcomes. You will have the opportunity to work quickly, engage across various functions, and make an impact on everything from sales strategies to customer growth and enterprise pricing.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer interactions, win/loss metrics, competitive landscape, and sales performance to identify winning strategies.
Lead and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing sales velocity, conversion rates, and expansion results.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and clients to improve value communication, demonstrate ROI, and differentiate from competitors.
