This pivotal role is essential for steering architectural design initiatives across an array of upscale residential and commercial projects. You will guide the architectural team, ensuring that design concepts are not only creative and functional but also meet client aspirations and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee the architectural design process from the initial concept to project completion.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including interior designers, engineers, and project managers, to formulate cohesive design strategies.
  • Evaluate and enhance architectural plans and drawings to guarantee quality and compliance with company benchmarks.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful and timely project execution.
  • Engage with clients to grasp their vision, provide updates, and solicit feedback throughout the design phase.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure design specifications are met and monitor overall project progress and quality.
  • Remain abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural design.
  • Promote a collaborative and innovative atmosphere within the architectural team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in architectural design, particularly with luxury residential or commercial projects.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing a variety of completed architectural ventures.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in managing design teams.
  • Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A solid understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable practices.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently while effectively prioritizing tasks.
  • Registration as an Architect (RA) or equivalent licensure is preferred.
  • Professional certifications (LEED, AIA) are advantageous.
