Ability to write clean code and develop effective data pipelines. Strong stakeholder management capabilities. Demonstrated impact within previous roles. Desirable Qualifications:Familiarity with DBT. Experience in data modeling within a warehouse context. Background in regulated and audited environments. Experience with financial data and ledgers.

About the job

As we continue to experience rapid growth, we are excited to invite a Senior Analytics Manager to lead our analytics function within the Treasury department, specifically focusing on our Ledger and Safeguarding teams. This dynamic role is based in the vibrant area of Shoreditch, London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a talented team of 3+ analysts responsible for:

    • Curating comprehensive datasets, identifying key metrics, evaluating opportunities, and conducting in-depth analyses.

    • Designing and sustaining vital data pipelines and insightful dashboards.

    • Executing data reconciliations, investigating and clarifying discrepancies, and developing controls to automate these processes.

  • Collaborate closely with FX, Liquidity, and Operations teams to enhance processes aimed at reducing costs and risks.

  • Assist stakeholders in articulating their needs, guiding the team to tailor their work accordingly.

  • Be an integral part of your team, leading by example and exemplifying best practices.

Who You Are:

  • Possess at least 5 years of experience as an analyst or analytics engineer with a minimum of 1 year leading a team.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and possess a solid mathematical foundation with expertise in statistics.

  • Proficient in advanced SQL and familiar with Python or R.

  • Skilled in writing clean code and developing efficient data pipelines while mentoring others in these practices.

  • Show proven ability in stakeholder management.

  • Exhibit a track record of making impactful contributions beyond basic role expectations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with DBT.

  • Experience with data modeling in a data warehouse context.

  • A background in a highly-regulated and audited environment.

  • Experience handling financial data and ledgers.
