The Opportunity
At Relay, our operations are driven by data that informs the journey of every parcel, from entry into our system to delivery at the customer's door. Our data infrastructure supports real-time operational decisions, strategic insights, and networks of autonomous AI systems.
We are seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our Last Mile squad, which is our largest and data-richest team. Your contributions will be vital to enhancing key workflows that drive our Last Mile marketplace.

Who Will Succeed in This Role?
Design and Develop Core Data Models - Collaborate with engineers and business leaders within the Last Mile squad to create and implement foundational data models that support analytics, data science, and AI workflows.
Establish Foundations for Key AI Systems - As our Last Mile marketplace grows increasingly intelligent, you will play a crucial role in managing the inputs that drive these systems.
Ensure Data Quality - Implement robust testing, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms to maintain high data integrity across our systems.
