Your Impact:
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics to take charge of comprehensive performance insights for Upside’s consumer marketing strategy—covering the entire funnel from acquisition to engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
In this pivotal role, you will become a key strategic partner to our Consumer Marketing team, diving deep into data to uncover the underlying reasons behind performance across various channels, creatives, audiences, promotions, and on-site/app interactions. You will craft data-driven narratives and actionable recommendations that inform our marketing investments, enhance conversion rates, and foster long-term user engagement.
You will bring a robust B2C marketing analytics skill set, a penchant for experimentation, and an agile mindset suitable for a startup environment—comfortable transitioning from raw data to actionable dashboards and perspectives for senior stakeholders.
