Key Responsibilities:Oversee comprehensive reporting and insights for the consumer marketing funnel, focusing on acquisition and retention metrics including media efficiency, on-site/app conversion rates, activation, engagement, and long-term retention/LTV. Independently identify, prioritize, and execute end-to-end analytics projects in collaboration with the Marketing team, from problem identification to recommendations and execution. Develop and maintain clear metrics frameworks to assess channel, campaign, ad-set, and audience performance (e.g., CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC, conversion rates, retention), ensuring a unified source of truth for rapid and accurate assessments across all marketing channels. Act as the primary analytics liaison for Consumer Marketing, partnering with acquisition, brand, and lifecycle teams to translate business inquiries into data analysis, insights, and experimentation plans.

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics to take charge of comprehensive performance insights for Upside’s consumer marketing strategy—covering the entire funnel from acquisition to engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

In this pivotal role, you will become a key strategic partner to our Consumer Marketing team, diving deep into data to uncover the underlying reasons behind performance across various channels, creatives, audiences, promotions, and on-site/app interactions. You will craft data-driven narratives and actionable recommendations that inform our marketing investments, enhance conversion rates, and foster long-term user engagement.

You will bring a robust B2C marketing analytics skill set, a penchant for experimentation, and an agile mindset suitable for a startup environment—comfortable transitioning from raw data to actionable dashboards and perspectives for senior stakeholders.
