The Role
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Growth Analytics – CRM who will take ownership of our CRM analytics strategy. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing customer relationships, improving retention, and maximizing lifetime value through the development of robust measurement and insights for our lifecycle marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and Data Engineering teams to ensure our CRM strategies are data-driven and aligned with business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the analytics strategy for CRM, facilitating deeper customer engagement and retention efforts.
- Design and execute measurement frameworks to assess the performance of CRM campaigns, personalization strategies, and customer lifecycle journeys.
