Mission
We are on the lookout for a Senior Analyst in Data, Research & Insights to become a vital part of our dynamic team. This key role involves transforming complex data into strategic insights that inform decision-making, shape innovative campaigns, and enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights
Transform large and complex datasets into clear, actionable insights with strategic relevance.
Analyze performance metrics across various campaigns, identifying key patterns, success drivers, and optimization opportunities.
Develop and refine benchmark frameworks and measurement methodologies that align with industry standards and client objectives.
Deliver proactive recommendations that significantly impact campaign success and business outcomes.
Spot emerging trends and convert them into forward-looking insights, utilizing trendhacking techniques and structured frameworks to create actionable opportunities for brands and campaigns.
Social Listening & Market Research
Lead the application of social listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Synthesio, NetBase, Socialbakers) to extract deep consumer insights, cultural trends, and competitive intelligence.
Design and implement research projects that underpin strategic planning, new business, and client growth initiatives.
Translate industry trends and innovations into strategic recommendations that drive business growth and enhance competitive advantage.
