OpenGov is looking for a Senior Analyst, Applied AI (G&A Intelligence) to join the Applied AI/Innovation team. This position centers on supporting General and Administrative (G&A) functions, especially HR, Talent Acquisition, and Enablement, by applying AI and workflow automation to real business challenges.

Role overview

This role focuses on identifying, prioritizing, and developing AI-powered workflows, tools, and copilots. The goal is to reduce manual effort, improve decision-making, and free up time for work that requires human judgment. The Senior Analyst will work closely with partner teams to understand their processes and find opportunities for AI-driven improvements. Day-to-day, the work involves managing the full lifecycle from problem identification to solution delivery, often collaborating with AI and data engineers as needed.

What you will do

  • Analyze complex, often unstructured data and manual workflows in G&A teams
  • Design and implement AI-enhanced solutions using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and no-code or low-code automation platforms
  • Prioritize projects that have the highest impact on efficiency and decision quality
  • Operate within the Applied AI team’s technical and governance framework
  • Handle sensitive HR data with a high standard of confidentiality and compliance

  • No requirement for production-level coding or deep HR technology experience
