The Senior Alliance Program and Enablement Partner at Tipalti is a pivotal role designed to architect the success of our partner ecosystem. This position focuses on empowering our network of referral, integration, and channel partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to identify, position, and co-sell Tipalti’s innovative solutions. Additionally, you will enable our internal Alliance teams to foster and manage these relationships effectively.
By bridging the gap between our internal product knowledge and our partners’ go-to-market strategies, you will accelerate partner ramp-up times and drive sustainable growth within our ecosystem. You are a builder with a proven history of creating impactful partner onboarding programs, establishing ongoing certification pathways, and maintaining partner hubs that serve as a reliable source of truth for our global network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor to Alliance leadership by developing, owning, and executing the Alliances enablement roadmap.
- Design a partner onboarding journey that prepares new referral, integration, and channel partners for success from the outset.
- Lead an internal onboarding program for new Alliance Managers, equipping them with the knowledge to discuss Tipalti’s product suite and the intricacies of our global partner ecosystem.
