Position Overview

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role significantly influences Jellyfish's success in Korea and beyond. We take pride in collaborating with exceptional clients and top-tier technology partners, which distinguishes us in the industry.

You will play a key role in managing existing client accounts while also pursuing new business opportunities. At Jellyfish, we are dedicated to promoting professional development, offering career pathways that encompass various fields such as data analytics, performance marketing, and cloud technologies in an international setting.

We are searching for an individual capable of leading discussions with prospects and clients regarding our solutions, their implications, and their broader business effects.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Cultivating existing client relationships to enhance renewal rates and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Articulating client business objectives and demonstrating how our services align with their goals.

  • Fostering positive and collaborative relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.

  • Independently coordinating cross-functional capabilities to address client needs effectively.

  • Leading pitches to prospective clients.
