As a Senior Account Manager at Zaintech, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse portfolio of enterprise clients. You will assist these organizations in navigating an array of advanced technologies, including cloud services, cybersecurity, and digital solutions. Your focus will be on cultivating long-lasting relationships that enhance customer satisfaction and foster significant revenue growth through adept account management and strategic business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management
- Act as the principal liaison for enterprise accounts, developing robust relationships and comprehending their strategic objectives related to cloud, cybersecurity, and digital solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of our services.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients, assessing their technology utilization, identifying emerging needs, and proposing innovative solutions to drive growth and efficiency.
- Proactively manage contract renewals to ensure clients continuously benefit from our offerings, contributing to high retention rates.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement with various solutions.
ICT & Digital Solutions Expertise
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their comprehensive ICT needs.
- Collaborate with clients to customize digital solutions that align with their unique business requirements, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
- Partner with internal teams specializing in various ICT domains to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, introducing innovative solutions to address clients' evolving challenges.
- Develop strategies to expand the service portfolio by recognizing new opportunities in the ICT and digital solutions landscape.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to build connections, generate leads, and establish Zaintech as a leader in the ICT market.
- Create and present tailored proposals that align with client objectives, emphasizing a value-driven approach to solution delivery.
Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate with product, technical, and service delivery teams to guarantee clients receive comprehensive ICT and digital solutions.
- Engage with diverse client stakeholders, from C-level executives to IT and operational teams, ensuring that solutions cater to both technical and business needs.
- Manage and resolve client issues promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and streamlined service delivery.
