About You
As a Senior Account Manager in our Demand team, you will oversee a portfolio of pivotal accounts across the U. S., emphasizing the cultivation and maintenance of robust relationships with advertisers, including DSPs and ad networks, to maximize monetization prospects. You will collaborate with a global account management team, managing daily partner interactions, onboarding, optimization, and revenue enhancement for your marketplace demand partners.
Work Environment
This position is based in New York City and operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring 3 days of in-office attendance each week.
Key Responsibilities
Establish trusted relationships with our partners, ensuring effective communication through status calls, Quarterly Business Reviews, and face-to-face meetings.
Enhance long-term partnership value by comprehensively understanding client challenges, capabilities, and goals while identifying growth opportunities through optimization recommendations.
Daily analyze revenue and performance metrics using internal dashboards to monitor targets and proactively address any deviations.
Consistently achieve and surpass sales revenue objectives, while building and nurturing a pipeline of upsell opportunities.
Effectively communicate with internal teams about revenue opportunities and ensure timely execution.
Collaborate with various internal teams, including Publisher Relations, Solutions Engineering, and Verve team members to foster demand partnership growth.
